Terms and Conditions
Order Processing
As a general rule our order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to ship from the date ordered. Major holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving are not included in processing times.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not accepted once an order has processed. Please send us an email inquiry to orders@freespiritsoaps.com if you have a question about your order.
Shipping
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We use USPS is our carrier and packages are shipped via Priority Mail. Packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. At this time shipping rates are based on package weight and dimensions.

Please be sure your address and contact information are complete and correct to avoid delays and ensure your package is delivered.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with a link to USPS site and a tracking number so you may track your package.
Missing Packages
If your package shows delivered but goes missing please contact your local USPS with the provided tracking number as they are better equipped to locate your missing package. We cannot be held responsible for a package once it has left our facility.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged please take a photo of the damage and send it to orders@freespiritsoaps.com along with your order number. We will file a claim on your behalf but need proof of damage to provide to the USPS.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted due to the personal nature of our product and for hygienic reasons.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given for a personal dislike of a fragrance or design element and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please send an email to refunds@freespiritsoaps.com within 3 days of receiving your item and we will review your request for refund.
Allergy Warning
Our soaps contain ingredients from nut sources. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. We are not responsible for allergic reaction as a result of using our product.
Color Staining
Soaps with dark colorant like red, black, or blue may stain material. If a wash cloth is used, we recommended one made of dark material.
Product Inventory
We reserve the right to modify, limit, and discontinue any and all of our current product listings at any time and at our sole discretion.
